Amount of sipmsg.log files

Hello all,

 

I have been working with a ACME Net-Net 3820 Firmware ECX6.3.7 MR-2 Patch 1 (Build 178) machine. When I would like to check a SIP trace, I took a look at sipmsg.log files but only 4 where present on /ramdrv/logs After a long while with more calls, I realized that it didn't increase the amount of sipmsg.log.n files over n equal to 3, far awy from the maximun of 12 indicated on documentation.

 

  • Is there a command to increase the amount of sipmsg.log files?
  • Is this figure a max limit for this Firmware version?
