Need assistance with DMA registered H323 endpoints through ACME to place calls successfully

Hi, I have a DMA as a signalling platform that im integrating with ACME. I am able to get SIP units on the external network to register through ACME and place calls to other externally and internally directly registered endpoints.

 

For H323 I can register through the ACME fine (H225 RAS Registration requests are proxied through the ACME to DMA and back) but I cannot get H225 ARQ to pass through to DMA to call another endpoint. The call is rejected on the inside h323 interface of the SBC  I have a local policy sending calls from the outside h323 interface to route calls to the GK DMA (SA) and calls WILL work to the DMA if I am not registered by dialing full URI of meetingroomID@sbcoutsideaddress.
