I have been posting questions but no reply from this Community. {except one that PEETEE responded to}

Why am I getting this treatments? Is it a crime to lack knowledge?

Why should I feel lonely in a COMMUNITY? {COMMUNITY COMMUNITY COMMUNITY should have so many persons, but I'm lonely}

What am I doing wrong? Please tell me COMMUNITY?

BACKGROUND 

We have the 6300 installed in a Service Provider Network.

Presently trying to resolve issues with Accounting {Binary vs ASCII issue}. MNO will use a mediation server.

CSV push is the chosen one as opposed to RADIUS.
