RADIUS accounting issue

I want to understand the difference between 3 things in the accounting config

1. What are accouting-server for

2.What are push recievers for

3.What id the Ftp-address for

I am trying to send CDRs to a external radius server on a cloud ,i have the IP addres and the secret

However i am unable to decide from the documentation and previous discussions what are the right steps

I have the follwing set
