Detecting Storage Expansion Module and local CDR storage in Net Net 4500

 

 

Hello everybody!

I'm working with a system with a NN-DISK500-R 500 GB internal, non-removable,  ruggedized disk drive (this piece of information is in the product's invoice), which I understand is the Storage Expansion Module mentioned in the Accounting Guide Release S-CX6.4.0 and wich is used for Local CDR storage.


I'd like to explore the possibility of enabling this component to store CDRs locally, the Accounting guide gives some commands in order to identify the volumes on the Storage Expansion Module to use with local CDR
storage by entering:

# show space hard-disk

but no output is returned.

how should I enable the hard drive in the sbc in order be detected and to store CDRs there?
