NNC - Failure in loading the configuration.

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

I everyone I'm goin to start to provisioning the SBC via NNC so I'm verifying "load" the configuration of all my SBC nodes but I have problems with 2 nodes, when I try to load the configuration.

 

appear a mmesagge  (attached image)

 

"Failure in loading the configuration. Reason: Could not get device 192.168.245.8-192.168.245.9 information. $ Failed to check for new config version for device."

 

the SBC that show the problem are:

 

4500 nnSCX637m2
3820 nnSCX620m11p6

 

The other nodes loaded successfully the Configuration

 

What I have to do, do I to delete the nodes and add them again?
