Issues passing signalling and RTP from Core to access

I have a lab SBC to replicate my Production environment

I have literally replicated all configs same as Live ,because my LAB uses the same Peers

 

However i am seeing in My wireshark capture that the INVITE when come is passes from Access to the core ,however the replies get dropped at the SBC .The replies never exit the access interface

 

Any idea why ?
