QoS Stats empty in Monitor and Trace GUI

Just upgraded to 640m3 which fixed:

 

Defect: SMT: RTCP Jitter values are not populated for QoS Stats
Problem: RTCP jitter values are not populated for QoS Stats in the SIP Monitoring and Tracing tool.

 

But _all_ the stats are empty. Do I need QoS hardware on the 3820 to see the QoS stats?

If not any config required?
