Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Configuring timezone under System/Timezone.

Help context says:

minutes-from-utc Minutes from UTC (negative if ahead of UTC)

H-SBC03(timezone)# minutes-from-utc

<-720..720> UTC offset
Default: 0

But no go when configuring:

H-SBC03(timezone)# minutes-from-utc -60
% Could not set value

What am I doing wrong?
