SNMP apSysSipStatsActiveLocalContacts not shown in MIBs for SCX6.2.0 SW versión of an 4500 node

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

Hi,

 

We have a 4500 running the following SW image:

 

ACME Net-Net 4500 Firmware SCX6.2.0 MR-12 Patch 7 (Build 1232)
Build Date=10/07/13

 

This node is been SNMP monitored and the SNMP system is not been able to get data for the following SNMP statistic:

 

apSysSipStatsActiveLocalContacts

 

Do you know if the specific versión, MR and/or Patch is the reason?

 

If it is not the case, what could be preventing the SNMP system to get data for such SNMP statistic?
