NNC - Device is added but system does not support configuring device

Hello guys,

 

I've installed NNC 7.3M3 for our labs using the BCP. NNC starts up and I'm able to browse (https) to the server and login. I'm also able to add both of our SBCs (6.3.7m2p1 and 6.3.0). Only when I add them a warning pops up saying:

"The device has been added. However system does not support configuring, getting performance or faults from this device"

When the popup disappears the SBC devices are added, the LEDs are green. I can see device details like software version, hardware information etc, but there's no dashboard information and as the popup told me; no way of adding a device to the configuration module of NNC.
