Expired Licenses

Evening All,

 

I am still relatively new to the Oracle/AP Session Director product line and have run into an issue that has me stumped. During our evaluation of the NN-3820 our Licenses expired. We have the new one BUT now I cannot access the appropriate SuperUser (#) mode. When I Console in via Serial connection the display is as if I was performing an SSH login. When prompted for the PW I enter the last one used and I progress to the User (>) Mode. To get to the Super User Mode I enter enable and am prompted for the password. I enter the PW that I have documented and have used repeatedly in the past and none work. What am I missing here?
