3820 not recieving 302 response

Hello everybody

 

I'm working on an scenario that has a 3820 and a redirect server, the sbc sends an INVITE and the redirect server answers que query a 302 Moved temporarily answer.

 

What I'm observing in the trace (via packet-trace feature) is that the sbc is resending the invite many times indicating that is not recieving the 302 response. At the same time, another trace in the redirect server indicates that the INVITE message is actually answered with a 302 response each time so the server is doing it's job.

 


I'd discard a connectivy issues since ping is answered propperly form both sides.

 

Is there a special configuration parameters in the sbc config regarding the reception of an answer like this?
