G711 (T30) fax to T.38 transcoding

I have the following scenario....

 

I have calls coming in from my Peer realm that are g711u and sometimes we are getting faxes via inband (T.30).  I want to transcode those on my core side to my application servers to T.38.

 

Currently my peer codec policy looks like so:

 

codec-policy
        name                           just711u
        allow-codecs                   PCMU telephone-event
        add-codecs-on-egress           
        order-codecs                   PCMU telephone-event
        force-ptime                    disabled

 

and my core looks like:

        name                           just711u

        allow-codecs                   PCMU telephone-event

        add-codecs-on-egress T.38

        order-codecs                   PCMU telephone-event

        force-ptime                    disabled

 

I'm getting the following in my sipd log and am assuming I need to update my peer policy but just not sure to what:
