REFER message issue

Dears

 

I am having SBC 4000 series that it is in between two sip servers, when I recieve REFER msg from server 1 I terminate the REFER and create INVITE msg however it is routed to server 1 instead of server 2 taking in note that both servers having the same IP but of different port. for ex: server1 of IP 1.1.1.1:5080 while server 2 of IP 1.1.1.1:5086.

 

In the refer-to address that is received in the REFER is correct however when the INVITE is created it is sent to 1.1.1.1:5080.

 

I tried enabling refer-call-transfer dynanic and dyn-refer-term in the realm but same issue. I set in sip-config the options of
