sbc beetween 2 firewall

Hi guys

one of my customer needs to install an 3820 SD beetween 2 firewall , let's focus on the public side .

Pubblic ip address will be configured on "ext" firewall and it will be natted to private ip "ext" sbc interface .

My question is if as soon sbc sends the 200OK to the public side , contanct information inside SDP will be filled with a private address right ? so in this particular scenario there will be no rtp  flow from endopint to sbc due to a non routable address i think....what is the best solution in this case ? to configure directly pubblic ip address on "ext" sbc interface or are there alternatives ?
