net-net 3820 sending duplicate attributes to Radius server

Hi All,

 

I already logged a fault last week. However, I have not got any update about it so far. So I would like to know if anyone else experienced this issue before and knew the solution to it. Any comments is much appreciated.

 

We recently configured net-net3820 to send radius accounting info to Radius server.  However, we found that SBC sometimes sends duplicate attributes (NAS-Identifier) to radius server. The FreeRadius server complains about "WARNING: Possible DoS attack from host X.X.X.X: Too many attributes in request (received 278, max 200 are allowed). Dropping packet without response."
This results in SBC putting the accounting server out of service for sometime.
