NAT destination 1:1

Hi guys

do u have some ideas for manage this kind of scenario ? :

 

publicEP -------  internet -----------  FW NAT 1:1 destinat (ip address 8.8.8.8) ------------- sbc private address (192.168.1.1)

 

how can media be managed in this scenario for a call coming from public endpoint ? ..public ip address is natted on destination in this way for example :

8.8.8.8:5060 (fw) ------> 192.168.1.1:5060 (sbc)

steering pool is configured with a private ip address(192.168.1.1) , it means that 200ok will be generated with Contact field in the SDP with that address, so the istance in the cam will be with that private ip address....i'm really so confused on this kind of NAT
