SNMP agnet is not responding

Hello,

 

here i have connectivity of the NetAct server with the ACME SBC 4500.

where SBC send the alarm to the NETACT.

 

On NetAct i am getting the alarm of SNMP agent not responding.

i have searched in to the logs as well but no logs were availble when i got this alarm.

 

can you please help me out in this issue.

how to take care of such issue?..
