when Standby SD is using tMBCD task?

I have question.

This SD is standby status.
sometime This SD''''s is using many tMBCD task better then regular cpu.

I think regular cpu of Standby SD''''s the tMBCD is under 5%.
But now this SD''''s tMBCD is over 5 to 10%. sometime over 15%.

so I want to know when Standby SD is using tMBCD task?
and how many percentage using?
