SIP Header:P-CHARGING-VECTOR - ICID parameter length

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

When the SBC, acting as P-CSCF, generates the P-CHARGING-VECTOR in an INVITE message to the core side , it is using always for the ICID parameter a 64 string length. Do anyone knows if this is somehow configurable ( I mean the icid length)? Could it be smaller?
