Can NNC 7.3m3 support a blend of 4500/3820 SBCs?

Hallo community,

 

We've installed NNC 7.3m3 and are using several 4500 SBCs with different OS and hardware versions.

 

As of now, we can't get NNC 'seeing' these SBCs. Parameter remote-control is set to enabled on all SBCs, the ACP license is available and we've installed enough NNC licenses.

 

Currently we're waiting for the firewall engineer report in order to tell us if all necessary ports are open (TCP 3000, 3001, etc). But in the meanwhile we're curious if our issue could be due to SBC hw/sw versions we're using in combination with NNC 7.3 M3? The release documentation tells me for example that 6.3.7 is supported but it doesn't say anything on patch releases, so just to be sure....
