I have a cell phone user who is using a SIP Client on his phone ,and uses 3G and Wifi both

Is it possible that when he switches from a 3g to a wifi the call doent drop?/

I know that there are settings in Acme boxes , but i am unable to identify those

I have a site which is using that already.
