Serial / SSH login Config

Evening All,

 

I’m a bit new to Session Directors but have been experimenting in our lab for a while now.

 

The issue that I am experiencing is that whenever I now log into our Primary 3820 via Putty, which is configured for a serial connection, I am prompted to provide passwords as if I am accessing the platform via ssh.

 

In the past, on the same device, I was required to only provide the user-name and Password once and was then granted Global(#) access. Even if I unplugged the console cable and plugged it right back in I was prompted for and granted the same.
