packet-trace only capture outgoing packets

Hi All,

 

Packet trace does not capture the incoming packets to the SBC interface. We observed that, after save and activate the configuration, packet-trace stop working properly. It sop capturing incoming packets. So we had to stop and start the packet-trace again. But now it is not capturing any incoming packet at all even though we tried to stop and start it. Not sure it is a bug or sth. Anyone has any experience before ?. Appreciate your advice for the following matter.

 

Our version is

ACME Net-Net 3820 Firmware SCX6.3.7 MR-1 Patch 1 (Build 142)
Build Date=03/25/13
