Cam Operation Failure, Err 0xffffffff, Err: ARP database lookup failed

Hi,

 

Anybody have seen this alarm/error before?

 

Cam Operation Failure, Err 0xffffffff, Err: ARP database lookup failed

 

What does such error mean?

 

Does this error can decrease heath score to 25?

 

We have identify this in a NN 4250 node and we have seen this may be rebooting  the SBC or at least refreshing ARP table in the SBC in question.

 

Any clue on what should be done to aboid such an error in the SBC?
