Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What are the best ways to verify L2 and L3 functionalities and operations on the SBC SD, i.e., configuration/setup, manually via ACLI, BCPs, etc?

This seems a fundamental question but just need to know. Thanks!
