Routing on SBC with the expression of Called Numbers

Hi Acme !

I am using a SBC Net-net SD45000, the images is nnSCX610m11p5.xz, with the model SIP PBRB.

I am having a trouble with the routing with SBC in this case : the partners send traffic to my SBC, and then SBC must filter a large of called numbers which their prefixes have variable values and lengths, up to more than 120 prefixes.

I usually routing with the local-policy, but in this case, I do not want to add a large of numbers, can SBC routing local-policy base on expression of called numbers ?  I can summarize these prefixes into 14 expressions and group them into a local-policy.
