Alarms about reboot or shutdown

Hi all,

 

I would like getting some alarms on NNC in cases SBC reboots or shutdown. At now, if one of HA pair node is rebooted, I`ll recive only ColdStart message after reboot is completed. Is it possible to get alarms about reboot or shutdown immediately. Is it possible getting this kind of alarms from second node of HA pair?
