Managing Media on the same realm

Morning,

 

Would like to know how to I should configure an access-realm (untrusted) if it manages media between to SIP clients i.e. SIP Client 1 & SIP client 2 hairpin media using the same access-realm.

 

Also how can I troubleshoot media issues on SD i.e. which counters can help identifying if SD is receiving media from far end.
