Re-routing or interrupting a session with the SD

Hi!, I'd like to know if it's possible a call limitation option in the SBC for the following escenarios:

 

-In a stablished call, being abe to redirect it using a third party entity (not any of the endpoits nor the softwich,for instance).

 

-In a stablished call, being abe to end it using a third party entity.

 

- Stablish a time limit before the session starts (for this one I thought of manipulating the SDP but I'm not sure if I can stablish such value on an SDP attibute ) on a per call basis.

 

- And deploy the first two items (rejection and redirection trough third party)  before the call takes place.
