Does anybody know how to set wancom0 to 100 full duplex? (not auto sense)

I guys I'd like to know how set wancom0 to 100 full duplex, not auto sense mode, is it possible?

 

acmesystem-2# sh wancom
eth (unit number 0):
Link: Up
Duplex Mode: Full
Speed: 10 Mbps ----> laptop connected 10 FD
eth (unit number 1):
Link: Down
eth (unit number 2):
Link: Down
