Transcoding DSP Resource usage for Transcoded vs Transrated Calls

Hi All I'd like to confirm the transcoding DSP resource usage between a Transcoded call and a Transrated call. Or simply put, how much DSP resources does a G729 Call use when being transrated from 60ms -> 20ms?
