Are H.248 session counts synchronized between active and standby BG?

Hello,

 

While we are diagnosing an issue at the customer, we noticed the H248 session counts are not synchronized between active and standby BG.
The active is 100 sessions while standby is 61. The number of “Used” steering ports are synchronized and the count does meet with the session count..
Our question is the number of session counts that displayed by show sessions commands are correct at standby BG or should they be the same between active and standby BG?

The following are the “show sessions” and “show mbcd realms” for each node.
