Need some help on my net-net 9200

I have two SPU installed into my net-net 9200 one of then I am able to boot all the way up to a login prompt and login and then I get the following "** EMERGENCY ALARM ** Ready Timeout on slot 1" error message after about a minute and the system reboots and then stops at:

 

Spawning Task tLEM prio=100 opts=0x1000000 stack=32768
Starting lem (D5.0.0p8) -c 1 0 0
lem@1.0.0 started

 

I have let the system set for a bit to see if it will get past the above but it never does.

 

If I power off and swap the SPU cards I get either the following over and over again.
