NN4500/BG with global ip for alias ip and private ip for each BG physical network address

Hello:

We are planning to install the NN4500 BG/HA where global address is used for BG’s alias ip address while private address is assigned to physical network.

The configuration for network interface will be as follows as a example.

ip-address              211.10.30.231 => global ip address

pri-utility-addr        192.168.0.1   => private ip

sec-utility-addr       192.168.0.2   => private ip

netmask                 255.255.255.0

gateway                 211.10.30.2   => gateway at global network side

 

We would like to know if the above configuration could be applicable to BG and any consideration on network side would be nessesary.
