Troubleshooting stablished session

Hi comunity!

 

Doing some troubleshooting I was following a stablished session. I have some questions about the command

show sipd sessions by-callId

- Sometimes I received a unique stream, and sometimes two equal streams. Why it could be?

- I always received the message "Retrying the command" and "Try again later". Why?

 

Another question about troubleshoot an specific call.

- There is a way to get more details about the call (duration, codec, media, etc...)
