Show sipd policy - Challenge Not Found

Hi

 

What do the challenge statistics in show sipd policy refer to ?

 

According to the HDR guide this show command is related to local policy lookups. I'm trying to understand the relationship between local-policy lookups and challenges.

 

I'm specifically concerned about the "Challenge Not Found" counter in the below output.
