SBC Cache and Registration

Hi Guys

 

I have an issue on our SBC 4500 sending 503 Service Unavailable. After spending lot of time in trying to understand this issue, I have copied entire sequence of registration upto a point where SBC returns 503 error.

 

Briefly Client sends 1st Registration behind nat, 2nd Registration after discovering NAT-IP, then TCP socket is broken Client send 3rd Registration (with older contact IP + Port recieved in Via header) this is where I think problem lies with SBC updating its cache. Then when Invite is sent to call this user, SBC returns 503

 

I have tried to put as much necessary information in following sequence to help you understand all exchanges between Client <-> SBC <-> Registrar. Also I have posted question within line, kindly answer to further elevate my understanding of SBC working.
