Shell Access Disabled

Hello everyone

 

Our customer needs to perform a bootloader upgrade to migrate to S-Cx6.4 release, but they realized that the SBC is unable to log in shell prompt.

 

Here it is the output form the SBC:

LABACME# shell

Shell access is disabled on this Session Director
LABACME#

 

In addition as the "Bootloader Upgrade Procedure for NN4500 / NN3800"  describes they are Log into the Standby Session Director through console connection, here it is also the output from show users command:
