Expected SNMP values for voltage status

Hello,

I need to monitor the voltage status through SNMP polling.

I have an issue finding the expected values of OID apEnvMonVoltageStatusEntry (1.3.6.1.4.1.9148.3.3.1.2.1.1), specifically for OID apEnvMonVoltageState (1.3.6.1.4.1.9148.3.3.1.2.1.1.5).

The MIB reference guide mentions normal/minor/shutdown ranges. When polling my lab SD's, I get initial(1).

 

What's the expected value for this object? Should it be normal(2)? Why do I get initial(1) then?
