Logging Question

I'm pretty new to these SBC devices.  Can someone tell me how to log static-flow traffic?  I set up static flows to allow FTP through my 3820 to a router and switch on the other side, but they do not appear to be working, and I'd like to see what the issue is.

 

Any (and all) help would be much appreciated.
