Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi all,

We'r using NN4500, and we are just begining to use this system.

In the alarms we have this message:

1 egress realm 'Asterisk' not found

Every thing is worked ok, btu i can't find there is this egress realm cold be.

Can enybody explayne what is meen this error and where I can fix it.
