Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Card Switchover Threshold values

Hi,

We are using NN9200 (D6m9p2).

We observed health score degradation of the active NPU to 50.

However, there was no switchover of the NPU or dip / drop in traffic.

Are there any timer values after which the switchover is initiated ?

Is the card switchover done after reaching a specific threshold value of the health score ?
