CDR files contain no information for MOS...

Looking at the raw CDR that were pushed we're expecting to see call quality data, none of these are showing any latency, jitter or packet loss and they're not reporting any MOS all fields are "0".

 

Maybe something needs to be configured on the SBC to enable this?
