Contact header in SIP INVITE/Session Progress/200 OK

Hi

 

I am new to SIP and AcmePacket. Our connection is SIP client <---> AcmePacket <---> SIP Server.

 

We noticed a case that a SIP server reply 183 Session Progress back to AcmePacket device, but the Contact header is with the AcmePacket IP not the SIP server IP.

 

And we noticed that when SIP client send subsequence ACK/INVITE to SIP server through AcmePacket, the message cannot be routed to SIP server side.

 

can anyone confirm the Contact header at SIP server as SIP client should be using its own IP?
