Packet Capture in the NN-SDSE

Hi!

I'm using  Firmware SCZ6.3.9 Patch 6 (Build 308) on a Net-Net Session Director Server Edition,
and I'm trying to get some traces, I'm using the following syntax:

# packet-trace monitor S1P0 IPADRESS
or
# packet-trace monitor S1P0 [IPADRESS]

and I keep getting the following message:

"tshark: The capture session could not be initiated (No such device exists).
Please check to make sure you have sufficient permissions, and that you have the     
proper interface or pipe specified."

"S1P0" is a valid name for the phy (since I configured that way)

The users guide (which has very little information on this matter, and does not mention anything about permissions or pipes) states:
