no rtp through SBC

Hi! the "orgin" and "connection"information in  SDP are ip address of the gateways of Carrier's but not the ip address of NN4500 which resides in my company when it responses 200ok with SDP   to my SIP SERVER.SO ,Endpoints will send media flow to through gateway but not through NN4500  .

could you help me how to configure to let media flow through NN4500 ?  thanks
