MOS scores in CSV CDR records?

I have a box running ACME Net-Net 3800 Firmware SCX6.2.0 MR-11 Patch 4 (Build 1109)

 

I have qos-enable = yes on both the ingress and egress realms.

I have VSAs 1-136 enabled and CDR-output inclusive enabled.

The Accounting guide says I should get calling and called MOS scores in fields 46 and 70, but I'm not seeing it there.   Ideas on what I'm missing?

Attached is the decoding of a CDR line (csv#,value)
