Adding a SM to NNC

Hello,

 

We upgraded from EMS to NNC version 71M2P2. I am getting the error "Failed to add the device:
System encountered an unknown error with ACP code: 702. ACP message: Unable to transmit/receive packet." when trying to add the device to NNC. I has able to add 3 SBCs and another SM to NNC without an issue. I have verified the snmp community. With the "sh snmp-community-table" command the can see packets being exchanged between NNC and the SM.

 

Anyone had this issue before or have any suggestions?
